Raffaella is a great host! I would recommend New Casatori for anyone staying in Bologna. Well appointed, great location and nice space.

Raffaella's house was amazing. In the center of the city, very quiet and extremely clean. Raffaella is a wonderful host, very helpful with everything.

It's difficult to praise this place more highly. The location is perfect --twelve minute walk from the station, taxi stand just up the street (in the other direction), nearby mini-market for last minute things, many "caffetteria" /bars nearby, and most of the major sights and museums (and great restaurants!) within easy walking distance. The apartment is well equipped (no microwave but the table top range is so efficient you don't need one). Bed is very comfortable. Although you will be on a busy street, with the windows and blinds shut, we could hear no street noise -- very quiet. (Might be different in the summer). And Raffaella and Marcello were such gracious hosts -- helping us get both checked in and checked out, making restaurant and taxi reservations for us, helping us out when we found the European washer/drier confusing (suggest you program from the start the machine to do both washing and drying; mistake we made was to try to dry separately -- finally figured out what to do with Raffealla's help, but Steve Jobs obviously did not design the control panel). In all, perfect place to discover this fascinating city.

Raffaella was a wonderful host. Her apartment is in a great location and is equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay in Bologna perfect. We will certainly return to this lovely apartment and great city.

Raffa’s apartments is wonderful - well equipped, has balcony with city view and is located nearby youthful bars with great options for an aperetivo. The flat was spotless clean and had a great Wi-Fi connection. We truly enjoyed our stayed and meeting Raffaela was a pleasure. Thank you for your hospitality!
